Hosting of Meetings

The AAFCC has hosted meetings from all over Arkansas. We encourage different people to host our meetings this gives those who may not be able to make a meeting because of distance a chance to attend. If you would like to host a AAFCC meeting please feel free to fill out our hosting request form and someone will get back to you. there are requirements and responsibilities to hosting. among them are that you have attended a AAFCC meeting and you are responsible on choosing a public venue for the meeting, and you must also choose a main topic of discussion and bring material relevant to that topic.
